I only learned to love myself in my 30's. There, I said it.

Truly, wholeheartedly love each and every inch, lump, bump, curve and imperfection. It is what makes me, me.

Years I spent battling with myself and avoiding any photographic evidence that I existed, unless it was a cleverly angled selfie that I had control over.

The people who love you and see you for the beautiful person that you are, both inside and out. They love to see your grin when they are near. As for your body, the only one picking yourself apart all this time has been you.

I am here to help you change your mindset. To promote and embed my ethos that we are each beautiful in our own perfectly imperfect way. Truth is - you will never get this time back. Children grow, people age and tomorrow is never guaranteed. I want to encourage you to document your life, this beautiful life that you have created. Being able to cherish those moments when they are needed the most.
